Constipated hen

My chicken is constipated. She's been straining and some of it has passed. It looks normal except for fiberous material, like grass or leaves. She already layed an egg this afternoon and looks uncomfortable but not distressed. Is there anything I can do to get things to move along?

I wanted to add that the area looks red and slightly swollen. Possibly from straining?

Does she have grit?

No, she doesn't. She does free range. I figured she was picking up small pebbles on her own. Maybe not?

What about giving her Molasses water as a Laxative? That might help make it move through easier.
