If anyone has some thoughts or recommendations please feel free. The house is 4'x8 with a run (I am calling it a lanai 
since it will have a small pool in it) that will be 12'x8'. The bottom of the house is open for them to sit under. The top will have storage for straw bales. Oh, and there will be some enclosed shelving for misc. supplies on the side.
My biggest question is ventilation. I know it is important but am unsure how much to add. I don't want to add too much or too little. Our winters are long, snowy and cold.
