While processing some of our broilers, we noticed the intestines had worms(possible round worms?) Are these birds still consumable?

no expert but agree with @TheFatBlueCat. Intestinal parasites are shed and transmitted via feces. If the intestines ruptured during eviseration then rinse very well and cook whole bird thoroughly or cut up for parts. I would part it out personally.

I'm no expert in this topic but I don't see why they wouldn't be. Chickens do not pass intestinal parasites to humans. I would eat them.
That's what I was thinking, but wanted to just ask maybe more experienced raisers. This is the first time we've noticed this. We parted out 15 out of the 26. I made sure the insides were good and clean, which we didn't knick any of the intestines (thank goodness). Thank you to those that are answering😊.
