The post at the top saying that this is now closed is referring to entering the contest and that no more entries will be accepted. I haven't seen an end date for voting, but if it is still open you should be able to vote at that link.

It says at top poll closes May 17th..and it doesn’t give me an option? I’m just wondering why a link wasn’t posted earlier when it began. I wasn’t even aware that voting had begun.
