As an on-going trend, I also think 4 would be good.
How about - one seasonal
- one photo
- definitely the caption one
- one of moderators choosing
Other than the weekly caption one, I think the rest shouldn't run more than a couple of weeks.

I would like it if we can make a contest with funny/entertaining posts (thread-starts and reactions) from other members (quote/copy/paste) .

Every weekend a great respected moderator (like @casportpony or a fun moderator (like @Kiki ) choose the best post of the week. Or you could just count the and .
So there will be a winner every weekend/ Monday, And the original poster of the thread response wins the price of the week.

I will give an example of a post asap.
