Need help naming my 2, 2 day old BR chicks. Waaay too young to tell gender, so names suggested should be good for either or. Personalities - the one in the front of the photo is LOUD!!!! That one's peeping carries through the entire house. The one in back has narcolepsy, I think, and keeps falling asleep in strange locations (head in food dish, standing up, etc).

Contest ends at noon Pacific time on Friday July 18.

And the prize? Homemade goat's milk soap, your choice of shapes and scents!

Name the loud one Gottfried. After Gilbert Gottfried! LOL... the other one? Jirachi? I don't know it sounds nice for either Gender! (Thats Jur- Ah-Chee)

If you knew for sure the gender of the loud one - I'd name it Rosie (Rosie O'Donnell). Sleepy one? Yoda? I always thought Yoda looked sleepy. Good luck in choosing!

How about Db and Zedhead. Db for decibel and Zedhead for all those zzzs.

You could name the loud one Halulu, that means deafening, loud, roaring thunder, ect. The quiet one, hmm.. Marie. (Muh-rie) I thikn that's a cute name, atleast for a girl.

ETA: My cousin's name is Halulu, so, yea.

What about using some names from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?!?! You could uses Sleepy and Happy. Just a thought!
