Since it is a college town and I'm a college student, I would suggest you offer some sort of lounge or wifi area to draw in some of those college kids. As for a name, I would go for something short and sweet... maybe 2-3 words max. Those type restaurant names are more memorable. Just look at some of the signs of restaurants as you drive by - Carrabas, Texas Steakhouse, Kyoto Express... just a few words to catch attention.

Hubby and I ran into this place while on our Ann. trip last year. We did not go in but took a few picks. I mean, come on, it was a giant chicken!! This year we are going to go in and check it out! Next month as a matter of fact.

This name seems to work for them! This is in a lake side town known for tourists.
