Well if you are trying to appeal to more than students I wouldn't use anything like that since it will scare away other patrons but if your main goal is to get the college crowd... or

I like names that can evolve with the business. A successful business needs to change over time.
But I still like "The Purple Artichoke" or the "Rustic Artichoke" best. Easy to remember, easy to say.
