Contest ready chicks?

I have a goal to have Grand Champion chickens at our local fair this summer. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what to feed them (natural supplements) to make their feathers nice looking, and make them plump looking. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

Its not so much feed as genetics. But mealworms are healthy, and baths with blowdrying can make a chicken look very clean and pretty.
