Continued poopy butt after illness

I started feeding her her regularly feed again she gobbled it up. Her poop still like like the above, though. Bright green, watery and super small.

Is there any yellow, puss looking discharge? Is her comb bright red, or turning blueish/purplish?

Do you notice anything moving in her poop?

To me that looks like a Tapeworm, is it segmented?
Also perhaps some proglottids as well. I posted a video below of what Proglottids look like.

I thought the same thing but none of it was moving and that long thing came apart like mucus when I poked it with a stick.

Edit: I went out and checked another one. Those small rounds white bits are rocks/oyster shell.

Last monistat dose was today. She seems all better. I think the diarrhea is gone and she has plenty of energy. The flystrike wound looks closed up and doesn't seem to be bothering her
