Contracted Tendon - Need HELP ASAP!!! :( PICS ADDED pg. 2

Ok, here are the pictures I took with my phone today. Sorry they aren't the greatest quality, but hopefully they will give you an idea. She's swimming for a few hours today but after I take her out and get her dried off I'll try to get some more pictures of her practicing standing.

Here are some more of her standing:

You can see how her ankle knucles over if she doesn't keep her weight back on it.

Here I tried to show how her left hip/leg is so much farther back.

Is she able to walk? the swimming will strengthen her legs, and I am hoping you'll start to see improvement the stronger she gets.2 hours of swimming is alot of swimming. How did she do?

She can't stand on her own, let alone walk. Tonight she seeemed to be getting a little better at standing though. The biggest problem is that ankle knuckling over.

She LOVES to swim. Ever once in awhile I went in the bathroom to check on her and she'd still be paddling around and preening herself. She does paddle with her bad leg, but still keeps it out behind her.

I wanted to get some non-slip shoes for her because I think that might help, but Nettie's the only person I know of who made them. Currently, even when she tries to stand on a towel, her good leg slips out from under her.

I know someone was saying you may be able to contact Nettie through face book. I don't go there so don't know if you actually can. are you still using the vet wrap to give support to her ankle? that maybe the best to help her when she starts to walk again. Getting a little better is encouraging for you right?.

I think I need to buy some more vet wrap, but I think it's a good idea to keep using it. Yes, the fact that she seems to be improving still is definitely encouraging!

I may just try contacting Nettie through Facebook. I'm just worried I might be bothering her if I asked, although, it usually never hurts to ask, right?

I do think there's definitely still hope for Jet. Especially seeing as a few weeks ago she couldn't keep her leg under her at all when I helped her stand. The main thing I need to do is help her out so she can show a big improvement soon, and keep the mess to a minimum so Dad doesn't have to stress out and set a "deadline"... you know what I mean.

But I just have to get my butt in gear and clean up all those poopy towels!
