I've set up an outdoor brooder right outside my backyard window. I thought it'd be the warmest location and I have a nice view. My ducklings are 2 weeks old and GIGANTIC. Currently, they're spending the days outside with a heat lamp but I still bring them in for the night because it's still too cold. They get a nightly bath and then go to sleep in their old brooder.
My tame bobwhite chick also lives with the ducklings and he comes in through the window to greet me when I open it up. Well tonight, to my surprise, the ducklings also climbed up the ramp and came into my window LOL. Made it way easier to bring them home for the night.
