convert a shed or build from scratch

Hello ive got a qweston shoud i convert my 8 by 10 shed to a coop or buid one from scratch im geting 10 chickens when i move back to my farm.

There really isn't any way for us to answer that for you - at least not without some additional information. What condition is the shed in? Is the shed currently in a good location for your coop and/or is it moveable if it is not?
In some cases a conversion ends up costing you more (both financially and in time) than building from scratch - in those situations it doesn't make sense to opt for the former. If, though, the shed is in a condition that would make the conversion fast and cheap, why go to the added effort and expense of building new?

its right nesctto my moms garden and the clonset im pretty sure it has to be reshigeld re painted some wood replased and isalated thare are some trees neare it
