Convert horse stall to coop

Hello everyone i need help in converting a horse stall into a chicken coop size 15x15 foot wooden stall with a sand floor. Thanks for your help. I live in Winter Garden Florida lots of sunshine heat 82 degrees lots of rain.

1/2" hardware cloth everywhere something could get in.

LOVELY starting point.
You could build it out in so many ways.

Rats like to chew through wood, bury some hardware cloth about a foot deep and a foot up along the entire length of the floor.

Cover the an openings with hardware cloth too. To help keep predators out.
