~Converted doghouse~~how should I clean it b 4 I let my flock inside?~

I got my hands on a doghouse from an empty house my husband and I were painting. It is VERY dirty, and I am a little worried about diseases my chickens could potentially catch.
Is bleach good enough to kill anything that could harm my birds?

I think bleach would kill any disease that might be inside of it. Just make sure before you put your chickens in it that all of the bleach smell is gone, because it might make the chickens sick.

They are only a week old now, so it will be several weeks before the go inside.
