I doubt this could really work but am just wondering. We have a old truck cap just sitting in the yard. There are windows on both sides, the tail end door lifts up and a sliding window where the cap meets the truck. It is just up on cinder blocks right now and the kids climb around and play on and in it. It is really heavy so it might not be an option.

Any ideas? It will be hitting craigs list as my husband just traded in the truck it belonged to.

Thanks.

I know I've seen pictures of them converted for chickens. That's as much help as I can be. I think one was sitting on the ground and another was sitting on a hardware cloth frame of 2x4s.

I HAVE HAD HENS LAY EGGS IN A HAT!! WHY NOT A CAP!!
I THINK IT IS A GREAT START TO A HEN HOUSE. YOU HAVE THE ROOF, WINDOWS AND PART OF THE SIDES.
