Converting an Old Shed

Roof panels on the chunnel just in time for an ice storm. Also, unfortunately, if you look closely...RIP grippy strip #5. The cold appears to have made the adhesive brittle. Bummer. I guess I either need some way to anchor them down properly or just a mat-type material to nail down at the edges.

What about spraying/painting on something like Plasti Dip?

I think I need something textured; also would have trouble applying anything paint-on for several months now. I was really hoping the grippy strips would've lasted longer since a lot of stuff doesn't dry/cure/etc. well at the temperatures my area has now.

I'm wondering about something like this at least for over the winter:

I could just use a plastic brush to clean the ramp to a reasonable degree and then screw/nail the rubber sheet on the edges. That might also let me curl or tuck the edge up to fill that little space just under the auto door to help keep crud off of the wood.
