This time we want to comb the recipes for continuity.

We need each recipe to conform to one style. This means we have to look at every recipe one more time.

Those of you who edited yesterday you can use the same login information for this round.

The unit size and measure columns often conflict.

We need to change things like

Cups (unit size) to c. (measure)
Teaspoon (unit size) to tsp. (measure)
Tablespoon (unit size) to Tbsp. (measure)

There are other changes in the columns but I am not writing them all out. Use your own good judgment. We want the recipes to adhere to a set format and look nice in print form.

The capitalized word in the unit size column is distracting to the eye and makes the recipes look messy.

This editing process needs to be done with extreme care.

You need to go slow and be very sure not to change a teaspoon to tablespoon and vice versa.

Any questions you have just send them to me and we will work through the list of recipes one more time.

Work in the same pattern as yesterday. If you had the "A"'s work on the A's today, etc. Until we get through the entire 425 recipes.

Ready? Set? Go!

At work & have to knock out a few things here first, then I'm on the 'K's!
(it's a shame when your paying job gets in the way of fun stuff, lol!)

The recipes sure do make one hungry though!

T-W is done. I've done all I will do this afternoon (the kids will wake up in the next 30 mins or so), but I don't have class tonight and I am procrastinating, so if anyone needs a hand this evening, let me know.

I need those who will be working on the editing today to please leave a note in this thread letting me know what you are working on.

We need to pay close attn that we are editing only things in the ingredients list.

Cups/cups/Cup/cup should be c.

tablespoon = tbsp

teaspoon = tsp

pint = pt

quart = qt.

Etc -

When you edit a recipe leave the proofed status changed to unproofed so that we know what is being worked on today.

If you changed nothing in the recipe leave it marked as proofed.
