I did that in the 'K's yesterday so they should be fine. Have to leave for some tests at my Dr's office in a bit so will be gone this morning for a few hours. I can help after I get back, around noonish.

Tomorrow I have to go out of town so won't be around again until Friday, sorry!

I can work some on it today. I do have another question though. Do we change large to "L"?

No. I have been removing the large annotations. The general notes of the cookbook indicates that unless otherwise noted all measures are level and egg measures are the standard grade of large egg.
