Only brand names should be have a capital letter.

Okay, so here's the plan. I'm going to start at the top and work my way down, correcting capitalizations that shouldn't be capitalized. I have no life, so I can do this for a while, but if anyone wants to do the same from the bottom up, jump right in

ETA: do you want me to mark them as proofed as I go? Or just leave them unproofed?

You do not have to backtrack. We have a crew that is going to sweep the list starting this afternoon to get the ones we miss on the capital letters.

I'm not sure how I missed this--but I have court this morning (no, I'm not in trouble, I work here!) LOL So I'll help out as much as I can when I am done!

Shelley if we can keep going through the alphabets changing the c. and tbsp, etc. it would be a bigger help right now.

It seems it is eaiser to sweep for one task at a time than to try and do too many multi-tasks.

We still have other sweeps to make look for a different set of editing skills. I am hoping that we can finish this before the 10 day deadline I set.
