Cookie Hen or rooster ?

This is cookie again just a day or so shy of 4 weeks old now .





Im still trying to figure out what cookie is as well lol he has black specs on his skin like freckles =)

Maybe a Dark Brahma hen? Hard for me to tell as I am new, too! But I would like to guess.
