Cool nesting box ideas!

My coop is a dog house. But my chickens have a large fenced area to run in. I have no idea how to attach a nesting box onto the dog house. So I need cool new ideas for nesting boxes! I'm thinking of using a recycling bin that's not attached to the coop. Any ideas or pictures?

I've heard of people setting five gallon buckets on their sides, or using those small, igloo shaped dog houses.

a 5 gallon bucket with half a lid on it. glue the half a lid in place so it can not be taken off. supports for the bucket to keep it in place. fill the bucket with straw, or pine shavings.
