It has been in the 90s and 100s here for weeks. So, to keep the chickens cool while in the coop at night, I found an old furnace blower and set it outside the screened window and it keeps them cool.
I also used a small tiller and made a depression about 3-4 inches deep in the pen and fill it with water. They like to get in the water and wade around.
