Coop-1 Hurricane Earl-0

Well, we survived the hurricane unscathed for the most part. I lost a dogwood tree and one of the shrubs in my flower bed, but nothing more. We didn't lose power and our Dish Network never faltered. Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts.

The big coop survived, except for the tarp.

Hooray! The little coop didn't even lose a single shingle.

The worst of the damage was down the road at the gas station...

We're glad you made it. Chickens too! I noticed the American flag on the flagpole half shreaded still blowing straight out...you mustve been driving around in some strong winds when you took the photo.

I would say that Earl was pretty good to our home state of North Carolina! Glad you and your chickies are fine!
