Coop almost done... pics

My dad has been building the coop for our chickens for the past few weekends.It is almost done. I just need to paint it and he needs to finish the run part. I am so excited though. Chickens in my house was getting a bit old...

Super nice! You have made it really comfy for the chickens and they look really happy.

Yes, what breed is that "hawkish" looking one in the last pic facing the camera in the background? It is really beautiful!

When we got them as day olds we were told that we had:

1 Buff Orpington

3 red sex linked

2 wyandottes

2 Ameraucana (which are the falcon/hawk looking ones)
 
Nice job, I like the angles on the inside and outside. How big is the coop?

I have the same little plastic waterer up on blocks and a little feeder that my chicks will soon outgrow.

I also built a drop down pop door (like yours), but opens into the coop. Even though others warned me that it will get poopy, just use a stick and scrape off the hinge area before closing or once your run is built and super secure, you can just leave it open for ventilation down low.
