Hi folks,
I've learned so much on this site, so I thought I'd post the results of my "research" here (see video on youtube).
Last year I purchased a Carolina coop/run (expensive, but worth it) and built an aviary to extend my hens' daytime adventures. The coop/run is 6' wide x 12' long x 7.5' high (https://carolinacoops.com/shop/american-coop/). The aviary is 12' wide, 25' long, 9' high. The aviary includes my 3-bin compost system and the hens are great help in mixing compost. I'm located in Ardmore, PA.

Fabulous. You might consider turning those chairs over when you are not in there so you can sit in clean chairs. Other than that it looks great.

And excellent idea.

I have overturned lawn chairs as run clutter. The chickens like them and I can easily flip them to sit there.

I borrowed that idea. It works really well. One of my girls really likes the "cave" of the overturned chair. I really like having something clean to sit on.

I didn't borrow the idea I flat out stole it, I couldn't remember from whom. 3KB sounds right.
