Coop and run for two unrelated groups of hens with roosters.

So, I have salmon faverol chicks. I also have a second unrelated batch of eggs in the incubator. Yesterday I also got a completely unrelated older rooster, which now lives with the silkies.
And I would like to create two unrelated groups, for which I need to create accommodation.

I came up with the construction of two separate coops that separate the runs, below is a picture.
Under the chicken coops, the runs will be separated by hardware cloth.
Do you think it will work like this and there will be no problems with it?

Is this an addition to your current coop and run?
How many chicks/ chickens do you have to accommodate?
Do you plan to breed with them with the older rooster?
How is your climate?/Where do you live?

Im sure 4 m2 run space is way too small for a happy flock of faverolles. Faverolles are big chickens need much space.

This setup (one side) might work as a temporary solution for 2-3 hens and a rooster to obtain fertile eggs. 1m2 coop space only works if they are not locked up inside after sunrise. Run space is too small for a longer period.

You can use the other side for a grow out area for about 4 chicks until 12-16 weeks old. 1m2 coop space is big enough for 4 - 8 chicks (size matters). Best add 2 roosts and much ventilation when they grow up. Double the run space if you want to keep 6-8 chicks on one side.

More tips:
Make each side minimum 24m2 to keep 6 larger chickens in it permanently. Or let the chickens free range several hours each day. Plant a bush, add clutter to prevent stress related problems. Add strong netting on top if you have predators where you live.
Divide and add the space under the coop. To add the food container, to seek shellter, for a dustbath. Make sure its easy accessible.
