coop and run question for ducks and chickens

man he is louder than our chickens when they were babies. our pekin in semi blind in both eyes. the kids could have picked out any other duckling, but no they wanted the blind one. so i explained to them that he/she will be a lot of work and they still wanted him/her.

still adorable. i'm thinking about going back to get another but i don't know if i have the room for another. we are adding him/her with the 3 1/2 (1/2 is a batam cochin)chickens we have now. so what does everyone think about room

our coop and run measurements are:

coop 5'6"W x 5'9"L x 5'H

run 5'6"W x 19'7"L

is that big enough for 2 jumbo pekins and 3 1/2 chickens?

Do they free range at all? If so how much space do they have outside the run?

i'm in the city, so, technically no they are not supposed to. but i was thinking about getting some fencing to put in the yard so they could leave the run. but there will be probably a lot of times that they will have to stay in the coop/run. if i had just one duck, that would be no big deal letting it free range while we are outside, but i don't know if i can handle 2 at the same time
