How many chickens would be able to live in a 5 by 10 by 6ft enclosed run and coop? I have a moderate sized backyard, so I let them out in the afternoon.

So the actual coop(enclosed part at far end) is about 5x3'?
The run is 5x10'.
I'd say 4 birds.

I love the look!
I'm not a fan of chicken wire, it doesn't prevent any predators from entering the run.
I would agree with 4 chickens. The main reason for this is that the coop part can only provide 4 chickens since it is 15 sq. feet. Each chicken should have 3-4 sq. feet of coop area (4 is best). With 10 chickens you would want 30-40 sq. feet total. This will minimize pecking, fights, and if you get a rooster, more room will be needed so that they ladies can escape from his constant mating (young roosters can be rough on the ladies).
If you are still under construction, I would add onto the coop part to make more room for the flock.
