This is a screenshot of the coop I am interested in building. Any and all suggestions are welcome!
This is not a rush job! I am taking my sweet time to ensure that everything is perfect for my future flock. If any trouble areas are spotted please let me know. Thanks all!

Do they offer a link to that coop that shows the interior design?
It looks pretty nice. It's best feature is you can walk in it.
It will house 7-8 fill size birds.

Overall nice!

I was curious about the interior too. Roost design and nest boxes. youll need about 10 feet of roost space for 10 birds. Your climate is pretty mild to a chicken ...except for hot and steamy summers so provide all-day shade and don’t worry about winter cold, bc it’s mild in E TN.

more ventilation is better. Since you’ll be building it, you can raise the roof off the walls with 2x4 (narrow side on the walls) so the roof is 3.5 inches above the walls. Cover the openings with HWC. Add a ridgevent or other roof vents (turbine style or other) to the roof. Move the stale humid air up and out. This puts most ventilation above the heads of the birds= no drafts On the birds. You don’t want to rely on the windows bc if there is a bad storm or similar, then you still need the ventilation but may need the windows closed.

Thank you!! Absolutly love the turbine roof vent idea!! Didnt even think about it.

Most coop planners online exaggerate (lie!) about the number of birds per sq. ft. This will barely work for seven standard sized birds, so build bigger if you want a larger flock. It's nice looking, and lacks ventilation, especially for your climate.
It's too narrow especially. Birds want 'personal space' to get out of each other's way, and 4' isn't enough.
Also think about that space under the coop. Unless it's very well fenced to keep out all critters, you will have rodents, birds, eggs, and generally a mess under there. Consider a ground level coop instead, with dig proof footings.
Cute is nice, but bigger is better!

Thank you for your feedback! My hubby has decided to help me build. Taking everyones advice I have decided to go with more a shed type coop. Taller and wider. As far as fencing.. it will be in a 16 × 20 fully fenced cage inside our fenced in backyard.
