I just bought 4 young 7 month old hens off craigslist the other day to replace my current flock of grannys. Puzzling thing is that I cant seem to get them to leave the coop. We have tried treats but to no avail. I am sure the coop configuration is different than the one they grew up in, floor door opposed to a side entrance, but I would think after 4 days they would have figured it out? Any ideas?

As @BigBlueHen53 said, pictures would help.

How long have you had them? It took my hens a few hours to come out of the coop.

What do you mean by a floor door? Can you post pics?
Pop door is in floor of coop. Huge waste of floor space, IMO, especially if coop is a small one.

Is there a run to protect them and keep them close until they learn to navigate the floor door??
I'd just shove them out the door. :D
Pics might help here, here's some guides to tell you how to do that:
