Coop Build

Started this thread to keep track of my coop build. We are currently up to five chicks, three of which appear to be roosters. At least two of those might get traded for hens or if I can bring myself to it, they might be culled.

This is the front wall and door. I'm using an old futon that my wife picked up off of craigslist for free. I'm not sure of the height but the length is 58 inches.

Made some progress on the coop today.

I scored some wood pallets from work so I will be using those for the floor and ceiling. I will post more pictures later.

The roof is complete and half the floor is done. Just need to level the floor.

Finished the coop for now. I was going to just leave the back wall off and use the garage wall. But there's a decent size gap so I'll eventually put on a back wall. I have videos of it in the run but I can't load them from my phone. I'll add them tomorrow.
