Hello fellow chicken lovers! I want to install 3-5 cameras in my chicken coops. I have two smaller coops approximately 125 feet away from my house. While I already have electricity in each coop, I think it may be tricky to run an internet cable wire (cameras now being an afterthought of course).

Essentially, I need…
Multiple cameras
No wired internet available
Ability to view on the internet
Day/night viewing

Can anyone provide some suggestions on how I go about purchasing the right products, and then setting up? Even though I can do the basic computer setup, this is proving a bit tricky since I don't have the hard-wired internet available in the coops for a quick plug in. Can anyone provide some help here?

Thanks everyone…greatly appreciated!

I think that your best bet is to use a camera system that takes advantage of WIFI. I was looking into something similar to this but for entertainment, as I think my hens are hilarious. There are many systems out there that you can view using your tablet, computer or phone. They range in price from $150 to 500+ depending on how much you want to spend and how many cameras you want. Good Luck.
