I am itching to clean mine.I may just scoop out the corner that gets the roost poop.In the summer months I clean out all each month and hose down the shed. Mostly I just remove roost poop daily and add shavings.

In the winter I add a bag of shavings,and then add to that every few days.I mix the shavings.Sometimes clean out the poop or add more shavings.I know the composting poo adds heat to the shed,but all that poo is driving me nuts so I will clean out some of it.
