All the major work is done, framing, siding, roofing! Now for the detail work, hanging the door, screening over the windows, building nest boxes, painting, etc

Should be a fun weekend of work!

Looks really good. I LOVE the big window, the girls will love it too

Keep my fingers crossed that it will not rain this weekend so DH can continue working on our coop

the coop is 6'3" by 6'3" square at the base, the front side of the coop is 7' tall to the ceiling from the floor, and 5'6" tall on the back, with approx 3/12 roof pitch

I have a tall skinny window on both sides of the coop that I got from the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, they will both be screened over with hardware cloth

(and a huge german shepherd)

I am going to screen over the openings in the roof joists with hardware cloth, and once I have my run in place I'm going to put a big screened over window on the front side of the coop that I can open and close
