Coop design for ducks

I posted a question to the coop section. I truly don't know the answer.
Any help and your experiences would be appreciated.

I don't have the height issue that you have but even the ramp to their pool would get slick and they would slide down - I nailed 2 x 4 across it and now they can go up and down without problems. I would say as long as it's not too steep, and you put "steps", they will learn - use peas to help train them!!
