Coop design

[Souffle]

I have an A frame handcrafted coop that I'd like to insulate. Any suggestions? If I cover just the exterior of the roof panels with sheet insulation will that do anything? There's a ramp on the under side, so I don't want to cover that. It's drafty too, I fear.??

Pics would help, what kind of roofing do you have on the coop? what kind of sheet insulation (styrafoam?). The birds do pretty good in wheather, my neighbors and I both use wire mesh on the floors. I live on the state line of Indiana and MI. so it gets pretty cold.
