First of all-- those are GREAT prices for those coops! Usually people spend that much on the little eBay coops, etc and then wind up with a tiny coop that is flimsy and light weight. These are made of real plywood (not OSB) and look a lot more heavy duty. I think this would be a good buy. Now, whether or not you can fit 8 birds in it... I don't know. I looked and did not see dimensions on there. From just point of reference with seeing the guys next to it.... I'd say 5 birds for sure... easy. Check on the dimensions and see how long and how wide (not including nest boxes is it, and then make your decision as to how many birds you want to put in it. I'm not saying you can't fit 8 in there-- I'm saying, we don't have enough information to make an informed opinion for you. But hey, gorgeous coops!!! Any one of those would be welcome in my backyard! :)

Those are definately cute coops. That being said, it appears that the base is about 4x4. Take out the space the nest boxes take up and I'd guess 3x4. I'd do like Hawkeye recommended and get the coop dimensions and make your decision about how many chickens based on that.
