I have the ADOR door. It is battery operated (lantern size battery). It was quick to install, came preprogrammed and has worked well. I love it.

I also have the Ador1. Battery lasted well over a year. Very happy with it.

Fortunately, there are multiple options available. Ador1 is good. I use a ChickenGuard Premium which also runs on batteries and is also very good. Check them out and see which fits your needs better.
