Coop Floor Flooded. Help!

This is what the coop looks like now. It stopped raining an hour ago, finally.

Does this happen regularly or just with extreme rainfall?

This is what the coop looks like now. It stopped raining an hour ago, finally.

I could be wrong since I'm only seeing one angle, but it looks to me as if the terrain were directing groundwater runoff into the coop.

The only solutions to that are to either move the coop to a high spot in the terrain where no groundwater either runs through or pools or to use French drains and/or berms and swales to direct the groundwater around the coop.
