I also laid the peel and stick linoleum tiles. So far I like them, the only drawback I can think of right now is how slippery it is with Straw on it. The chicks act like its ice sometimes.

CountryHaven - I'm also in Ontario!! (central) I bought a piece of vinyl to cover my coop floor. But someone told me today that with the temperature fluctuations we have it will become brittle and crack if moisture gets into it. I'm still going to use it, but I'm going to put a bead of caulking around the edge to seal out any moisture coming from the shavings. I'm sure it will last long enough to make it worth while...the piece I got was only $22 for 4.5'x6.5'
