Coop flooring for cold weather

This is my first post! I will be getting a 6X16 shed that will have a metal foundation with wood (of some sort?) on top. I live in WI where it gets cold. Would vinyl work on the floor and maybe the walls or will it crack from the cold?

I don't. Know about vinyl, but hay and straw works fine for me, livin in Michigan.

Should I insulate and put up paneling on the walls (and paint)?
Or will they be o.k. without insulation? The roof will have insulation (free upgrade with the shed)
Ideal # of electrical outlets?
There will be a door, skylight, and two windows.

Any advice to make it perfect, I would love to read about it!!!
