Coop flooring??

Ok so my coop is being delivered today, and I'll spend the next few weeks prepping a cozy coop for them.
The coop i bought doesn't have a floor. Kill grass? Pour sand/gravel? Help!

I would first let the chicks kill grass, then add bedding.

You can just rake it out.
