Coop Framing?

Nails or screws? If I am using pressure treated 2x4's for most of this project, what type of nails or screws and what lengths? This might be a stupid question :/

For my coop, I used screws. Easier. I think I used 3 inch long screws. (Maybe 2 3/4 inch) not sure about the width. No question is a stupid question!

Are zinc coated better since they will be exposed to the elements? Or reg coarse or drywall screws, or am i just bein anal?

Galvanized or use decking screws. Don't use drywall screws. They are brittle and snap under tension, plus they are not meant for outdoor exposure.

"Galvanized" will be overpriced
"Plated" is much cheaper and works just as well.
Also "deck screws" are rated for PT wood
