coop height?

My coop is about 6x10 a and has over 6 square feet of ventilation. It was built for six chickens. Our rooster has his own pad. We have"rescue hens, and our roost holds our 11 medium size hens just fine but we can manage this because they are only inside to sleep or passing through on their way to the nest boxes.

Because the coop is small and the ventIlation isn't ideal. I do have to scoop the poop every second day. We use stall dry on the floor.

thats how mine are with thiers. full time access to 100 sq ft run + free ranging so only in the coop to sleep or get to the nests.
I would like to keep it elevated to make the most of the run space but i do think i may go a bit taller
