Coop Idea

I am thinking about buying a pre-made shed and converting to a new coop. Ideally I am looking for a shed big enough to be the coop, and store supplies. The run will be a separate idea. I came across this shed and was wondering what others thought about the potential.

I have added screenshots, some with the edits I was thinking. The front opens and if covered with wire could be opened in summer. Then there are shelves where a roost could be added above. Making the top "counter" a droppings board. Then underneath would be nesting and storage. This is a 7x8 ft shed, we only have 9 chickens.

Anyways thoughts on this potential coop conversation? Pros/Cons, other ideas etc

For me, I think that's a really cool idea.
I'm thinking about converting a shed to a coop myself, thinking about starting a little side business next year selling eggs.

As long as your birds have enough overall space, nesting boxes, and a way to protect them during winter and summer I think you have a really awesome idea!
