So I want an extra medium sized coop for mother birds raising her young. I would want it to either fit 6 full sized ducks st least or 8 full sized chickens. Please send me links to possible coop ideas.

10x5? I dunno
Before looking for plans, it's best to learn what your birds housing needs are.
What are your goals for keeping poultry?
Ducks or Chickens....how many or each or total?
They have very different housing needs.
What's your budget, both financially and area in your yard?

for mother birds raising her young.
What does this mean....do you already have birds that are broody and setting on eggs?

Here's some good articles to read before building or buying anything:
Great discussion on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.
Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.
Coop Stack-up - how high should stuff be.

I would want the coop to be for both chickens and ducks at different times. I don't have broody birds but hope that next year I will. I probably have half an acre of clear space. (2.4 acres in whole). I don't want to spend over $300.000 on the coop.

Does this mean that you are raising birds for meat?
You'll do a batch of chickens then after slaughtering those, you'll do a batch of ducks?

Extra zero there...you mean $300.00??
300 bucks is not going to get you much of a coop,
unless you're very good at salvaging building materials and have copious building skills.
