Have you used those automatic doors before? Do they work well? Seems like my chickens always wait until the very last bit of dark and I worry they'll get locked out.

Yes, that wall is open to the outside. It is a covered porch area. Should give them lots of fresh air, but no rain or snow.
Now I have to get going on the run area.

3 black copper marans (1 rooster)
2 cream legbar
2 olive egger

May add a few more as time goes on.
