Coop is turning into large roach motel

Has anyone had experience with First Saturday Lime in their coop? We have roaches in the coop and I need to find a way to get rid of them before they find my house. Naturally, I’d prefer to do it without poisoning the girls or my breakfast

Diatomaceaous Earth - use food grade and sprinkle it liberally everywhere - on the floor, in the nest boxes, on the perches and roosts, mixed into your feed. It won't hurt you or the girls, but it'll kill the roaches .. and pretty much any other insect that crosses it. One word of warning, though. While you're spreading it, put the girls outside and wear a dust mask. You don't want to breathe in a lot of that stuff. It doesn't hurt your digestive system, but it's awful stuff to breathe in.
