Coop issues

My guess is the boss hens get on the highest roost and the rest that can fly want to be up there too. From what I've read the roosts need to be on the same level and a ramp for birds that can't fly.

Actually the boss hen is in the coop. I have no clue what these three are doing. They are just fearful of everyone and don't even hang out with speckled sussex they came with. They're in their own world.
